**Job Overview**

Chalanas Strategy and Management Consulting is looking for a dynamic, data-driven SEO Associate to join our digital marketing team. This role is essential in driving the online presence of our brand and enhancing visibility across all digital channels. If you're passionate about SEO, skilled in data analysis, and have a knack for improving website performance, we would love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform SEO strategies
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, image alt tags, and internal linking, to improve organic rankings
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content and blog posts
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and overall performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Execute link-building strategies and develop partnerships for backlink opportunities
- Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and optimization recommendations
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to improve the visibility of our services for specific client industries (technology, energy, BFSI, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B setting
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to understanding web performance and making improvements
- **Content Skills**: Basic understanding of content creation and experience working with content teams for SEO optimization
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- **Additional Qualifications**: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic web development concepts is a plus
