**Job Title: Fire Officer**

**Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, and Major Cities**

As a Fire Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises against fire hazards and emergencies. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, implementing preventive measures, and coordinating fire safety training programs. You will also oversee the maintenance of fire assets, conduct evacuation drills, and monitor fire alarm systems to mitigate risks effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of premises to identify fire hazards, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies to prevent fire incidents.

2. Prevention and Maintenance: Implement preventive measures and maintenance procedures to ensure the effective functioning of fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting.

3. Monthly PM Activities: Perform monthly preventive maintenance activities for fire assets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and optimal operational efficiency.

4. Fire Pump Training: Conduct regular training sessions for personnel on the operation and maintenance of fire pumps to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.

5. Evacuation Drills: Organize and conduct evacuation drills and exercises to familiarize occupants with emergency procedures and evacuation routes. Evaluate and refine evacuation plans based on drill outcomes.

6. Monitoring and Mitigation: Monitor fire alarm systems and respond promptly to unwanted alarms. Investigate alarm triggers, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent false alarms.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education: Any Graduation or Diploma or BTech with FIRE & SAFETY CERTIFICATION (mandatory).
- Fire Safety Training: Possess relevant certifications or training in fire safety procedures, including fire prevention, suppression, and emergency response.
