**Key Tasks**:

- Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Review and verify invoice details, including purchase orders, contract terms, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment-related inquiries.
- Assist in preparing month-end and year-end closing reports for accounts payable.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Assist in improving AP processes, automation initiatives, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Ensure timely processing of employee reimbursements and petty cash transactions
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure adherence to payment schedules

**Personal Qualities / Behavioral Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

**Experience**:2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
