**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products, repayments, and customer queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
- Maintain proper call records, logs, and customer interaction reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.
- Support sales/branch teams in cross-selling financial products when needed.
- Comply with NBFC policies, RBI regulations, and company service protocols.

**Key Skills Required**
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of NBFC/finance products (loans, EMI, repayment) preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably in NBFC/BFSI/Call Center).

Pay: ₹9,605.92 - ₹20,000.00 per month
