Office and Outreach Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Government Schemes Management**: Stay updated with skill training schemes and effectively implement them.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Accurately enter data into government portals and maintain organized records.
- **Class Scheduling**: Coordinate with trainers and students to ensure smooth class scheduling.
- **Documentation & Record-Keeping**: Maintain all program-related documentation, including attendance, assessments, and other official records.
- **Liaison**: Act as a liaison between students, trainers, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for managing reports, presentations, and communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate/Diploma holder with relevant experience.
- Knowledge of skill training schemes and government portals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
