Academic Sales Counselor

**Job Summary**:
As an Academic Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling educational programs, products, and services to potential students, parents, and educational institutions. You will use your counseling skills to help students and parents make informed decisions about their education, and also work with educational institutions to create partnerships that drive sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and build a customer base through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational needs and provide guidance on suitable programs, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to create partnership opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales trends, revenue, and expenses.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong counseling skills, with the ability to understand students' and parents' needs and provide guidance and support.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend events.
- A passion for education and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
