**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to inform them about services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services, answering any questions customers may have.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collect and document customer feedback, providing valuable insights to improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹34,250.09 per month
