**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Presentation**:

- Host live sessions, webinars, and other digital events across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Develop, script, and present engaging content to attract and retain followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create visuals, stories, and posts that align with brand strategy.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct polls, Q&As, and other interactive content to foster community involvement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital content to optimize reach and engagement.
- **Brand Building**:

- Serve as the “face” of the brand, ensuring that all content and communications are consistent with the brand voice and values.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to expand audience reach.
- **Trend Analysis & Innovation**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Experiment with new formats and ideas to continually innovate and improve the brand’s digital presence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in social media marketing, public relations, or on-camera presentation roles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
