**Job Title: US IT Recruiter (2-3 Years)**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sourcing and Networking**: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

**Compliance Management**: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations related to W2 hiring. Ensure all recruitment processes align with legal and compliance standards.

**Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

**Required experience**:

- Proven **2-3 years** of experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on W2 hiring.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to W2 employment.
- Hands on experience using paid tools like **Dice, Monster and Career Builder**.
- Good exposure with open-source tools like **LinkedIn, Google X-Ray Search, ZipRecruiter**, etc.
- Prior experience working with **State clients and APAC** experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably **Ceipal**.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
