**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Hindi language and literature to students of [mention grades: e.g., Classes VI-XII].
- Prepare lesson plans in line with the curriculum and academic standards.
- Foster a love for the language through creative teaching strategies like storytelling, role play, and group discussions.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage a positive learning environment.
- Prepare students for school and board examinations.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff for interdisciplinary projects.
- Organize and participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities such as _Kavi Sammelan_, debates, and essay competitions.
- Maintain records of students’ progress and attendance.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and share performance reports.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi or equivalent (B.A./M.A. in Hindi).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) mandatory for school teaching roles.
- Minimum [2-3] years of teaching experience preferred.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, prose, and poetry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Hindi.
- Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Ability to use digital tools and e-learning platforms for effective teaching.
- Passionate, patient, and innovative in teaching methodology.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in teaching CBSE/ICSE/Matriculation curriculum.
- Proficiency in using smart boards and interactive teaching tools.
- Ability to prepare students for board exams and language competitions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
