**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
- Tailor teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
- Conduct online classes for students in Grades 6 and onwards.
- Foster a positive and productive learning environment for students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and the Concept Tutor team to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- A laptop or desktop computer with a stable broadband internet connection.
- A tablet and pen for interactive teaching, as needed.
- Strong knowledge of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and IGCSE syllabus.
- Teaching experience with a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for **evening and night shifts,** with a **minimum commitment of 2-3 hours per day.**:

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
