**Job title**:Research Assistant.

**Position purpose**: Supports activities for conducting experiments at in house and field condition

**Job overview**

The person should have the knowledge about to conduct experiments at _in vivo_ and _in vitro_ condition and should wide knowledge about agriculture and Horticulture sector.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Carry out experiments and research according to protocols laid out by primary researchers
- Collect and log experimental data
- Conduct statistical analyses of data
- Prepare graphs and spreadsheets to portray results
- Create presentation slides and posters to help researchers present findings
- Responsible for setting up experiments on both inhouse and filed condition related to crop nutrition products.

**Regular work**
- Responsible for chemical inventory updates and lab maintenance.
- Assist with scientist for field visit and trials
- Collection and analysis of sample from the field
- Maintain laboratory clean and neatness
- Knowledge about handling of microscope and laminar airflow chamber
- To be helped in product formulation

**Qualifications**
- **Subject**: M. Sc in Agriculture with from any state agricultural universities with good grade point average.
- **Experience**: 0-1 year
- **Specific** **skills**:
Ø The person should be interested in reading papers and executing

Ø Ability to work independently.

Ø Good communication and computer skills, and the ability to analyze the DATA by statistically.

Ø Should have leadership quality

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
