**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive English language and literature curriculum aligned with educational standards and learning objectives.
- Select appropriate texts, resources, and materials to engage students and enhance their language skills and literary understanding.
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons using a variety of teaching strategies, technologies, and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a love for reading, writing, speaking, and listening by creating opportunities for exploration, discussion, and creativity.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments to measure student comprehension, language proficiency, and writing skills.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted interventions to support student learning.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, respect, and collaboration.
- Manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior effectively, enforcing school rules and fostering a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify individual learning needs and interests of students and provide differentiated instruction, additional support, or enrichment activities as needed.
- Offer one-on-one assistance to students who require extra help to improve their language skills or literary analysis abilities.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement in English language and literature.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and respond to parent inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance content knowledge, teaching skills, and instructional strategies in English language and literature.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and innovative teaching ideas to improve student outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, Language, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or credential for secondary-level English language and literature.
- Previous experience teaching English language and literature to secondary school students is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, composition, literary analysis, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students in the study of English.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in using technology tools, educational resources, and multimedia platforms to enhance instruction and support student learning in English.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
