Job Description:
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and coordinating various sales activities. Your role will involve managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of products.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Monthly CTC of upto 25000
- 15 Days CL and 6 days SL per annum
- Health Insurance of 2 Lakhs/person for the employee, spouse and 2 children
- 1 Month Gross Salary paid as Bonus during Diwali

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
