KnowMerit is a Hyderabad Based Global EdTech Startup Offering After-School Live 1-On-1 Online Tutoring Services to the Students of Grades KG - 12.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Take 1-On-1 Coding Classes for the Students of Grade/Class 1-12 via Online
- Inspire Students to Learn Coding
- Teach Coding in a Fun & Engaging Way
- Assess Student’s Progress, Evaluate Assignments & Give Constructive Feedback
- Coordinate with the Team & Understand the Learning Goals of the Student
- Responsible for Conversions
- Create Lesson Plans
- Conduct Regular Feedback Sessions with Parents/Guardians

**To Be Successful in this Role, You Must Have**:

- Passion for Teaching to the K12 Students
- Excellent Communication Skills in English With No MTI
- Critical Thinking & Troubleshooting Skills
- Computer Science Degree or Coding Background is Needed
- Go Get It Attitude - Who Never Give Up
- PC/Laptop with Cam, Headset with Microphone & a Good Internet Connection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: ₹100.00 - ₹250.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making Lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
- Total Work: 1 year (preferred)
