**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Job Location**: Bathinda

**Work Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

**Qualification**: Graduation

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about products or services.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Follow up with potential leads to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in speaking local languages (preferred).
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Basic knowledge of computer and telecommunication systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
