**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Finance**:

- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Support in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.

**Audit & Assurance**
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

**Taxation & Compliance**
- Assist in filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare working papers and documentation for tax assessments and audits.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.

**Advisory & Support**
- Provide analytical support for cost optimization and financial decision-making.
- Assist management in financial planning and strategy implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Qualified CA.
- Articleship / prior work experience in accounting, audit, or taxation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Proficiency in **Tally, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).**:

- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

**Experience**
- 8 - 15years (including Articleship) in Finance, Audit, Taxation, or related roles.
