Job Title: Fabric and Product Merchandiser

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Source high-fashion, value-added fabrics (woven and knits) according to customer and design specifications.

Collaborate with suppliers, mills, and manufacturers to ensure timely production while adhering to dyeing, processing, and finishing standards.

Oversee and maintain quality standards and control throughout the production cycle.

Follow up with buyers on product updates, approvals, and feedback, ensuring satisfaction with final products.

Manage product development from concept to delivery, including inventory tracking and reordering as needed.

Monitor fabric printing processes, including rotary and digital printing, to meet design and quality requirements.

Build and maintain a network of reliable suppliers and mills, leveraging connections to ensure seamless operations.

Utilize ERP software for product management, and tools like CAD and Corel Draw for design and production planning.

Travel to mills and weavers outside Mumbai as required to oversee production and maintain supplier relationships.

Possess knowledge of export business processes and standards.

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary Range: Rs. 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 p.a. (depending on interview and experience)

Pay: ₹11,682.22 - ₹50,625.54 per month
