This position will be responsible for the designing and solutioning of elearning projects basis client requirement in order to enhance learner’s knowledge, skill and competency.

Monitor end-to-end development of eLearning/ video learning projects - lead all phases of instructional design and development, work with the development team and share feedback on all build versions until Gold.

Project Specific:
Identify a project’s scope, objectives, and effort.

Evaluate an ID strategy for projects and suggest creative approaches and learning solutions as per the learner need.

Create course outlines, storyboards and other design documents based on client requirements.

Work with client SMEs and key stakeholders to facilitate approvals and gain alignment on content direction, design and other learning details.

Incorporate interactive, engaging multimedia assets as per existing content consumption trends and patterns for effective learning.

Develop interesting assessment quizzes to evaluate the learners as per the learning objectives.

Demonstrate effective course development, review, and evaluation skills.

Should be able to work on WBTs, Gamification, and Micro learning (whiteboard & 2D animation).

Should be able to set Instructional Design strategy and review deliverables to meet the quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
