- Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
- Willing to work in 24/7 environment
- Open to Work from Office
- Cab facility available

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
