Faculty Member

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and developing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to enhance student learning.
- Providing individual and group academic support to students and addressing their academic concerns.
- Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance.
- Monitoring and tracking student attendance and performance to identify areas for improvement and interventions.
- Collaborating with other faculty members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a similar role in a coaching institute or higher education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Proficient in the use of technology for teaching and learning.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
