We are looking for a driven and confident **Sales Executive** to help us expand our distributor network, increase sales, and build long-term relationships with trade partners.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors across target regions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition and understand market trends.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales data and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and distributor events to represent Florida Hometex.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product improvements, and pricing strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate (B.Com preferred; BBA desirable; graduation mandatory).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in têxtiles, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply._
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Punjabi**.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Punjab and nearby regions.
