About the role:
The Boffo School is looking for highly energetic and jovial full-time Montessori Directress / Preschool Teacher who can help us in building and establishing our new school. This role requires you to understand the child’s needs, guide the child as per the need, create detailed activity plans, curricula focused on developing social, physical, intellectual, and emotional skills, assess children’s individual needs, and communicate with parents as required. You should be able to create a nurturing, stimulating classroom environment where every child feels comfortable.

Job Responsibilities:

- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Observing and guiding children while they learn in the classroom environment.
- Setting an excellent example for students and instilling good values in them like honesty, accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, love, and kindness.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
- Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in good working condition.
- Communicating with parents on progress of the child.

- Highly energetic, jovial, patient and empathetic
- Excellent observational, communication skills.
- The ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with love and respect.
- A lifelong learner who can be a good role model for children.

Education Qualification:

- A Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Early Chilhood teaching, education, child psychology or in a related discipline is preferred.
- Courses or training like story telling, dance, music, drama, origami, sign language, or any course related to Early childhood education would be advantageous.

**Experience**:

- Experience in working with Montessori School will be preferred.
- Experience in working with other preschools / Playgroups will be considered.
