**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and traffic across various search engines.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact and relevant keywords for target audiences.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines, including on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and URL structures. Lead off-page optimization efforts, including link building, outreach, and partnerships, to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular insights and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content that addresses user intent and search queries.
- Work closely with web development teams to implement technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed improvements, schema markup, and mobile optimization. Conduct regular SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends and integrate them into the overall SEO strategy.
- Manage relationships with external SEO agencies or freelancers if applicable.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the SEO team, fostering their growth and development.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
