**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance regularly.
- **Procurement**: Handle the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating prices, finalizing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products/materials as per business requirements.
- **Cost Optimization**: Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all purchases comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and price fluctuations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, quality, and finance teams to align purchasing with operational requirements.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in purchase/procurement roles within the **pharma, FMCG, or cosmetic industries.**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office, ERP, and procurement management software.
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and industry regulations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve issues related to suppliers, deliveries, and inventory management efficiently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze costs, trends, and inventory data to optimize purchasing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
