**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location: Hybrid (Gurgaon/WFH)**

**Responsibilities**:
**Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all design work aligns with the brand guidelines of OptMum Digital and our clients, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and deliver creative solutions that meet marketing objectives.

**Stay Updated on Design Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

**Adaptability**: Be flexible and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

**Requirements**:
**2-3 Years of Graphic Design Experience**: Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.

**Proficient in Design Software**: Mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

**Understanding of Digital Marketing**: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing design.

**Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to team members and clients.

**Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

**Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field**: A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in graphic design or a related field.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
