The job responsibilities of a Senior Resident in General Medicine may include:
1. Providing direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with various medical conditions.

2. Supervising junior residents and medical students, providing guidance and mentorship, and overseeing their patient care responsibilities.

3. Participating in research and academic activities, such as teaching medical students and presenting at conferences, to contribute to the advancement of medical knowledge.

4. Managing and coordinating the care of patients with complex medical conditions, including those who require admission to the hospital or intensive care unit.

5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, examination findings, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
