**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop and design creative assets, including but not limited to logos, branding, website layouts, digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, and packaging ,video editing ,video animation.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and communicate the brand’s message effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and development) to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
- **Concept Development**: Conceptualize and execute visual designs from concept to final production for various digital and print channels.
- **Graphic Design Software**: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- **Feedback Integration**: Take feedback and critique positively, making revisions to designs as required.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that designs are high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for various formats and devices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
- **Design Principles**: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual composition.
- **Creativity & Attention to Detail**: Ability to create innovative and unique designs with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to understand project goals and present ideas clearly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
