Job Title: Sales Executive - Jewellery

Reports to: Jr.Sales Executive

Location: [Hyderabad]

Job Summary:
We're seeking a charismatic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery team As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing our stunning jewellery pieces.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.

2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building rapport and trust with clients.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, including features, benefits, and pricing.

4. Visual Merchandising: Assist with store displays, ensuring visually appealing presentations.

5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.

6. Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, management, and customers to achieve sales objectives.

7. Events and Promotions: Participate in in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 0- 1 years in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with jewellery products and industry trends.

4. Sales Skills: Proven sales ability, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

5. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies.

Nice to Have:
1. Jewellery Certification: Formal training in jewellery sales or a related field.

2. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
