Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales and Lead Generation**: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through in-person meetings, networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach to promote Aarbees London’s products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
- **Product Promotion**: Present products compellingly, highlighting unique features and benefits to drive sales conversions in both B2B and B2C markets.
- **Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities to inform sales approaches.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance, analyze outcomes, and suggest improvements to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events, such as trade shows and pop-up events.

- **Experience**: Freshers Welcome
**Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Experience with both in-person and digital sales strategies.
- Knowledge of electric smart products or retail sales is a plus.
