**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior MIS Executive to manage accounts receivable-related MIS activities, validate trade schemes and sales claims, and coordinate with the sales team. This role plays a important part in ensuring the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our liquor wholesale business, which serves over 2,000 customers across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:
MIS executive

Cross-check schemes with actual dispatches and applicable offers; flag any discrepancies.

Track and manage cheques and payment receipts on a daily basis.

Identify short payments or bounced cheques and prepare discrepancy reports for management review.

Coordinate with the sales team and customers to resolve claim or payment issues.

Maintain customer ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, payments, schemes, and receivables.

Track and report key sales performance indicators and customer-wise outstanding reports.

Reconcile sales and collection data with internal accounts and software tools

Generate actionable insights for the management from data trends.

Sales Coordination

Work closely with the sales team to communicate customer claims, scheme validations.

Ensure smooth flow of documents between accounts, sales teams.

Help in the preparation of sales summaries, claim approvals, and other operational tasks

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
