- **AuotCAD DRAWINGS**: Detailed floor plans, Elevations and Detailed Drawings for all services.
- **Project Coordination**: Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients to comprehend their vision, address concerns, and present design proposals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate interior designs seamlessly into overall building plans.
- Material and Furniture Selection: Source and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings while considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
- **Budget Management**: Work within project budgets, providing cost estimates and finding creative solutions to achieve design goals within financial constraints.
- **Supervision and Mentorship**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff, fostering professional development and maintaining quality standards.
- **3D Visualization**: Proficiency in creating 3D / Google Sketch-up models and renderings to help clients visualise the proposed designs.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans and specifications.
- **Documentation**: Develop comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- **Client Presentation**: Effectively present design concepts and proposals to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.

- **Must-have Skills**: AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop
- **Additional Proficiency**: Client Presentation skills, Google SketchUp, 3ds Max
- **Required Qualification**: Graduation or relevant certification in Interior Designing
