**Job Summary**: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the main goal of achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting potential customers by phone to inform them about our products and services.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Maintaining and updating call records and sales information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or Graduation.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good understanding of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: INR 8000/- to 20000/- per month (based on experience and performance).
