Front Desk Receptionist

**Responsibilities**
Maintain hygiene and safety standards of the reception area, ensuring that the reception and all common areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answering any questions they may have.
Guide visitors to their respective destinations by connecting them with the responsible staff and supporting their requirements.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls, following MAP’s protocol.
Operate standard office equipment in the reception area, including visitor kiosks, ticket vending machines, and others.
Receive and promptly sort and distribute deliveries with administrative support.
Maintain the general office filing system for the front office and reception data.
Manage the incoming telephone line and telecommunication systems, answering and directing calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner.
Manage travel arrangements when required.
Communicate internal and external event information to stakeholders and visitors at the desk.
Provide active help desk support for all programs and events.
Perform administrative responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
