**Profile : Associate/Lead Graphic Design**

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with strong interests and abilities in the design and development of highly engaging multimedia content
- Packaging design, Social Media posts, posters, banners, graphics, animations, videos, and incorporate sound/music/voice-overs. We're looking for talented designers who can translate the creative brief into a visually appealing layout.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create social media posts(Instagram/Facebook/Youtube/LinkedIn/Twitter etc), brochures, training materials, logos, advertisements, Packaging Design and other forms of communication.
- Design visual elements such as logos, icons, original images, and illustrations to assist in communicating a message.
- Meet with the Marketing team to learn about their vision for the proposed marketing materials.
- Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the company's desired theme.
- Developing suggestions for ways to improve the aesthetics of social media handles
- Planning and executing current design trends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 Years of experience in graphics designing.
- Familiarity with core design principles and popular software/technologies(such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). HTML will be an added advantage.
- A keen eye for aesthetics: Hierarchy of elements, positioning, structure, fonts and other elements
- Creative thinker, should be an avid consumer of design trends from Dribble/Behance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Work from Office(Bhopal)

Compentation**:Salary + ESOP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
