**Job Title: Event Organiser**
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish, including budgeting, venue selection, and logistics management
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and executive management
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and deadlines
- Source and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure events are completed smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Assist in analyzing event success and preparing reports
**Requirements and Skills**:
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools
- Computer savvy, with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional event experiences
- Team player with strong organizational skills
- Diploma or degree in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
