We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be crucial in driving customer acquisition, increasing brand visibility, and optimizing online campaigns to maximize conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute performance marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

**Wondering what your responsibilities would be?**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to drive relevant traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI, using relevant analytics tools.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure Eshopbox remains at the forefront of performance marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

**What makes you eligible?**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn and programmatic advertising.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sem Rush) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
