Ot Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the OT schedule, coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other relevant staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing and resources for each surgical procedure.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding schedule changes and updates.
- Oversee the procurement and management of OT supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for OT equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
- Manage hazardous waste and ensure proper disposal.
- Monitor and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Supervise and support OT staff, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Address staff concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison between surgical teams, administration, and other departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding surgical procedures.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to improve patient care and outcomes.

**Qualification**: Graduate and knowledge of MS Office.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in same field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
