Position: Sales Intern
Location: Cherlapalli, Hyderabad
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels (showroom, test rides, corporate tie-ups, events, and digital leads).
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Gravton EVs.
- Explain pricing, financing options, and government subsidies applicable to EVs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
- Follow up with leads, handle customer inquiries, and assist in closing sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor products, and market demand. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Automobile, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical aspects of EVs in a customer-friendly manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and travel.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management.
- Passion for electric mobility and sustainability is a plus.
