**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy is responsible for providing support to the office staff by maintaining cleanliness, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role involves serving required things, running work, and assisting in daily office activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the office premises, including cabins, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry, are clean and well-maintained.
- Dust and sanitize office furniture, equipment, computers and windows.
- Dispose of trash and keep the office environment neat and organized.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to employees and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness in the pantry and add supplies as needed.
- Arrange food and beverages for meetings and office events.
- Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and binding documents.
- Deliver files, letters, and important documents within departments.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing office files and records.
- Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and parcels.
- Purchase office supplies, stationery, and other required materials.
- Assist in minor repairs, moving office furniture, and handling office equipment.
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean and organized.
- Support front desk activities when required.
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
- Support administrative staff in day-to-day operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette and customer service.
- Ability to handle office equipment like printers, photocopiers, and scanners.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as lifting small packages.
- A polite attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
