Prosthodontist

_Gelos Dentistry _seeks anexperienced **Prosthodontist** to deliver comprehensive restorative and rehabilitative dental care within our advanced digital practice environment.

This Senior Clinical position requires expertise in complex prosthodontic procedures, digital workflow integration, and collaborative patient care. Success in this role involves achieving exceptional treatment outcomes, maintaining high patient satisfaction scores, and contributing to the practice's reputation for clinical excellence.

The Prosthodontist will serve as a key specialist within our multidisciplinary team, working alongside other specialists i.e Oral Implantologists, Endodontists, Orthodontists and General Practitioners to provide complex and comprehensive patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute comprehensive Prosthodontic treatment protocols for complex rehabilitation cases.
- Perform advanced crown and bridge procedures utilising digital impression systems and in house CBCT imaging.
- Collaborate with specialists to develop integrated treatment plans for full-mouth rehabilitation patients.
- Participate in case presentations and interdisciplinary treatment planning sessions.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and maintain sterile clinical environments.
- Stay current with advances in prosthodontic materials, techniques, and digital technologies.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge from a DCI recognised institution.
- Valid dental license to practice in Punjab, India

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of Clinical Prosthodontic experience preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in complex restorative procedures.
- Experience with digital dentistry workflows and CAD/CAM systems preferred

**Skills**:

- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic capabilities
- Proficiency in digital impression techniques and CBCT interpretation
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi with good understanding of Punjabi.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuing professional education.

**Certifications**:

- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Additional Prosthodontic or Implant prosthetic certifications advantageous.

**Position Details**:

- Full-time schedule: 6 clinical days per week.
- Fair Compensation with regular performance bonuses.
- Paid Professional development leave given half yearly.
- Regular salary increments following performance review meetings held every six months.

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
