Draftsman/woman

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create preliminary floor plans for conceptual analysis.
- Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for residential projects.
- Able to prepare 2D & 3D drawing of house. (Exterior and Interior).
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Complete error-free work of multiple projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to achieve project objectives and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma / B. Tech / BE** in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in Drafter or related fields.
- Working knowledge of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, to be able to prepare detailed technical drawings efficiently for residential projects.
- Familiarity with construction methods and materials.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure drawings are accurate according to specifications.
- Able to communicate in English language.
- Willing to start job early in the morning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,706.48 - ₹18,342.57 per month
