**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Maintenance & Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Honda 2-wheelers.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using tools and equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Test ride vehicles post-service to ensure proper functioning.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated on Honda service protocols and new technologies.
- Attend periodic training and certification programs.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Explain repairs and maintenance tasks to customers when needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and satisfaction.
- **Workshop Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow workshop safety standards and use protective gear.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years as a two-wheeler mechanic (Honda experience preferred).
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of two-wheeler engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- **Certification**: ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering preferred.
- **Personal Traits**: Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.
