**Major Tasks**
- Daily Server, storage health check and share daily health check report.
- Mail ID creation, deletion, updation
- Active Directory administration.
- Server Operating system installation, administration.
- Provide Technical assistance to L1 Desktop & Network engineer where ever they need.
- Create and maintain IT documentation.
- Regular Backup and Restoration. Maintain backup & restoration register.
- Create and update technical documents and SOPs
- Responds to client Server/Network/Desktop/Laptop/Printer Support calls High-Level.
- Overall Site Manageability & Provides technical support to users for Desktop/Laptop/Peripherals Products.
- Troubleshoots hardware and software issues & Coordinate with Hardware OEMs/Vendor Helpdesk ticketing update, analysis. Ticket assignment to L1 engineer.
- File server /NAS administration.
