**Job Overview**:
The Neighborhood Referral Marketing Executive will focus on building and maintaining relationships within the local community to generate patient referrals. This role requires proactive outreach, relationship management, and collaboration with local businesses, clinics, and community groups to increase awareness of Archish Fertility & IVF services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Community Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with local medical practices, wellness centers, and businesses to create a robust referral network.
- **Outreach Initiatives**: Plan and execute community outreach activities, such as workshops, seminars, and events, to promote fertility services.
- **Referral Management**: Develop strategies to encourage patient referrals from local partners, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
- **Promotional Partnerships**: Collaborate with nearby organizations and community leaders to establish joint promotions and co-branded initiatives.
- **Local Marketing Campaigns**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement hyper-localized marketing strategies that resonate with the community.
- **Networking**: Attend local events, fairs, and community meetings to increase visibility and connect with potential referral sources.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in community engagement, referral marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in healthcare or fertility services is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present ideas confidently.
- **Initiative**: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking new referral opportunities within the local community.
- **Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the local community and businesses in the area is preferred.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments to support marketing goals.
