Position Overview:
The Mother Teacher for the Play Group will play a vital role in the early development of young children, providing a warm, safe, and engaging environment that supports their emotional, social, and cognitive growth. This position involves both teaching and caregiving responsibilities, focusing on the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
**Classroom Management**:Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that supports the emotional and social development of children. Manage the classroom environment to ensure it is clean, safe, and conducive to learning.

**Curriculum Implementation**: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play. Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

**Individual Attention**:
Provide individualized support to children as needed, addressing their unique needs and interests. Foster positive relationships and open communication with each child.

**Assessment and Documentation**: Observe and assess each child's progress and development. Maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

**Parent Communication**: Engage with parents to discuss their child's progress and development. Address any concerns or questions they may have and offer guidance on supporting their child's learning at home.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

**Health and Safety**:Ensure the health and safety of children in your care. Follow school policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and emergency protocols.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education is a plus.

**Experience**: Prior experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
