We are a Startup local magazine in Hyderabad, known for delivering high-quality content across various domains. Our monthly tabloid covers a range of topics including politics, government policies, the pharmaceutical sector, agriculture, manufacturing, education, business, personality development, general knowledge, and resources for competitive exams aimed at students, unemployed youth, and business professionals.

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking experienced freelance newspaper editors who can contribute 15 to 20 well-researched, engaging articles per month. This is a fully remote position ideal for talented writers with a strong grasp of local affairs and a passion for impactful journalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write, review, and edit articles that align with the magazine’s tone and style.
- Ensure content meets the AP style guidelines and maintains high editorial standards.
- Research thoroughly to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to brainstorm article ideas and themes.
- Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple assignments effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in journalism, content writing, or editorial roles.
- Proven knowledge of AP style and familiarity with local (Hyderabad) and national current events.
- Exceptional research and fact-checking skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling articles.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in relevant topics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistent quality.
