**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained across the hospital.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly inspect all areas of the hospital for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Oversee the security staff to ensure the hospital's premises are safe and secure.
- Ensure that proper access controls are in place for staff, patients, and visitors.
- Collaborate with security to manage emergency situations and maintain order.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that the hospital building and its facilities are well-maintained.
- Monitor repairs, plumbing, electrical issues, and other building maintenance concerns.
- Ensure that the hospital’s infrastructure complies with health and safety regulations.
- Handle vendor communications and manage vendor invoices for various services.
- Ensure timely payment processing and maintain records for auditing purposes.
- Evaluate and liaise with new vendors for services such as housekeeping supplies, security, and maintenance.
- Manage and maintain inventory of stationery and office supplies.
- Ensure that necessary supplies are ordered and stocked regularly.
- Monitor usage of office materials and ensure budget compliance.
- Assist in administrative duties as required, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
- Ensure smooth operations of all administrative processes and systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support to hospital staff and visitors.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Administration.
**No of Requirement**:
- 1 Numbers
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in Administration, preferably in the healthcare sector.
**Competencies**:
- Ability to work efficiently in a rotational shift schedule.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and invoice processing.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
**Compensation & Benefits**
**Salary**:
- ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 a month (Negotiable based on the experience & Skill metrics)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
