** Inventory Controller - Job Requirements**

**Education & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Supply Chain Management**, **Logistics**, **Business Administration**, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in **inventory control**, **warehouse management**, or **ERP systems** (preferred but not always required).
- Advanced certifications (optional but valuable):

- **APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)**:

- **CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)**

**Experience**
- **2-5 years** of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
- Familiarity with **stock control systems**, inventory software (e.g., **SAP**, **Oracle**, **NetSuite**, **Tally**, **Zoho Inventory**).
- Experience working with **supply chain** or **production departments**.

**Key Skills**
- Excellent knowledge of **inventory procedures** and **stock-taking methods**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and other spreadsheet/data analysis tools.
- Strong **data entry**, **analytical**, and **problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to identify and reconcile **inventory discrepancies**.
- Familiarity with **barcoding systems**, **RFID**, and **warehouse technology**.
- **ERP and WMS** (Warehouse Management System) proficiency.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain accurate **stock levels** across all locations.
- Perform regular **stock audits**, cycle counts, and reconcile variances.
- Create and manage **inventory reports**, tracking KPIs like turnover rate, shrinkage, and aging stock.
- Coordinate with **purchasing**, **warehouse**, and **finance** teams.
- Ensure inventory is stored and rotated according to **FIFO/LIFO** standards.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to match inventory records.

Pay: ₹8,594.95 - ₹46,676.00 per month
