**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers.
- Communicate effectively in **English**.
- Use **Hindi** and/or **Kannada** where applicable to enhance customer interactions.
- Explain product and service details clearly to customers.
- Record and update customer details accurately in the system.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is needed.
- Proficiency in **English** is essential.
- Knowledge of **Hindi** and/or **Kannada** is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle challenges in a goal-oriented environment.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
